How do I reset my password?

In order to successfully reset your password, you need to have verified your e-mail address with Qeep. Without a valid e-mail address you won't be able to retrieve a new password for your account.

If you have not verified your e-mail address yet but lost the password to your account, please contact us via newpassword@qeep.net. Please make sure to include your EXACT username, the mobile phone's model you used with that account, and the answer to your security question (if you have one).

If you have a verified e-mail address for your account, download Qeep to your phone, open the app and click on "ALREADY A USER? LOG IN!". You'll find a link "FORGOT PASSWORD?". Click there and you'll be asked to enter your e-mail address. Type in the e-mail address that is connected to your account and Qeep will automatically send you a link to reset your password.

Make sure that you check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you can't find the e-mail in your inbox. If the password reset fails for any reason, contact us via support@qeep.net and we'll help you.
